CAYIN JAZZ 80 BLUETOOTH TUBE INTEGRATED AMPLIFIER

The Cayin Jazz 80 is a handcrafted vacuum tube stereo integrated amplifier combining traditional Class AB push-pull amplification with modern Bluetooth audio. Available with either EL34 or KT88 output tubes, it features selectable Triode and Ultralinear operation, a built-in ESS SABRE DAC for wireless playback and distinctive illuminated VU meters.

CHOOSE BETWEEN EL34 AND KT88 TUBES

The Jazz 80 is available in two factory-equipped output tube configurations. The EL34 version delivers 36W per channel in Ultralinear mode and 18W in Triode mode. The KT88 version provides 40W per channel in Ultralinear mode and 20W in Triode mode.

Both versions employ four output tubes, two 12AX7 voltage amplification tubes and two 12AU7 phase-splitter and driver tubes. This eight-tube architecture combines established valve technology with flexible output-stage operation.

TRIODE AND ULTRALINEAR OPERATION

A dedicated switch allows users to select between Triode and Ultralinear modes. Ultralinear operation provides the amplifier's maximum rated power, while Triode mode offers an alternative output-stage configuration with different operating and distortion characteristics.

The Jazz 80 also includes an individual bias adjustment system for its output tubes. Its illuminated analogue VU meters serve both as output-level displays and as part of the bias monitoring system.

BLUETOOTH 5.0 WITH LDAC AND ESS SABRE DAC

An integrated Qualcomm QCC5125 Bluetooth 5.0 receiver enables wireless playback from compatible smartphones, tablets and computers. Supported audio codecs include LDAC, UAT, aptX HD, aptX Low Latency, aptX, AAC and SBC.

An ESS ES9018K2M SABRE32 DAC converts the received Bluetooth signal to analogue audio before amplification. LDAC supports compatible high-bitrate wireless connections, while the other codecs provide broad compatibility across different source devices.

ANALOGUE INPUTS AND HEADPHONE OUTPUT

Three stereo RCA line inputs accommodate external DACs, music streamers, CD players and other compatible analogue sources. Separate 4Ω and 8Ω speaker terminals allow suitable passive loudspeakers to be connected to the transformer-coupled output stage.

A front-panel 6.35mm headphone output supports headphones with impedances from 16Ω to 300Ω, providing an additional option for personal listening.

DUAL VU METERS AND PREMIUM CONSTRUCTION

The Jazz 80 features a high-gloss metal chassis, illuminated VU meters and a removable, colour-matched protective tube grille. Carefully designed power supply filtering, vibration-damping feet and individual output-tube bias controls support reliable valve operation.

A supplied infrared remote enables convenient input selection and volume adjustment. The Jazz 80 is offered in Black and Silver, with EL34 or KT88 output tubes, allowing customers to select their preferred configuration.
