Delivery options and price

Enter the delivery address at checkout to see the methods currently available for that destination, their exact price and the estimated delivery period. A shipping promotion applies only when checkout shows it in the order totals; no blanket free-shipping promise is made by this page.

Dispatch

When payment is confirmed and the items are available, we prepare the order for dispatch. Product availability, weekends, public holidays, fraud checks and the collection schedule can affect dispatch time. The order confirmation or dispatch email provides the applicable estimate and, where available, tracking details.

Most orders are dispatched from Bulgaria. Some products may be dispatched directly by an authorised supplier or manufacturer. This does not change the identity of the seller or your consumer rights against us.

Delivery period

Unless a different period is agreed, consumer orders are delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. If a carrier delay occurs, contact [email protected]. Where a legally required additional period expires without delivery, the statutory cancellation and reimbursement rights remain available; no additional period is required where timely delivery was essential and agreed as such.

Risk and inspection

Where we arrange the carrier for a consumer order, we remain responsible for the goods until you or a person nominated by you takes physical possession. Inspect the parcel promptly and tell us about visible transit damage or missing items. Reporting promptly helps the carrier investigation, but it does not remove mandatory legal-guarantee rights.

Territorial scope and customs

The storefront may display destination-aware prices for countries enabled by the seller, but delivery is available only when checkout offers a shipping method for the completed address. If no method is shown, contact us before attempting to order; the country selector is not a promise of delivery.

Ordinary goods moving between EU member states do not incur customs duties. Deliveries outside the EU and to special fiscal territories may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling charges unless checkout expressly states that they are included. Review the checkout totals and the destination-specific terms before payment.
