REL T/9x SUBWOOFER

The REL T/9x is the flagship of REL's Serie T/x range, combining the speed and musical precision of a compact high-fidelity subwoofer with the output needed for demanding stereo and home cinema systems. Its 300W Class A/B amplifier, 10-inch FibreAlloy active driver and 10-inch down-firing passive radiator work together to deliver deep, controlled bass while integrating naturally with the main loudspeakers.

10-INCH FIBREALLOY ACTIVE DRIVER

The front-firing 10-inch (250mm) long-throw FibreAlloy driver features an inverted alloy centre cap and steel chassis. Its lightweight, rigid cone is engineered for accurate movement and responsive low-frequency reproduction, helping the T/9x reveal musical texture without overwhelming the balance of the system.

A matching 10-inch down-firing FibreAlloy passive radiator increases low-frequency output and allows the compact enclosure to achieve a specified extension of 27Hz at -6dB.

300W CLASS A/B AMPLIFICATION

REL's dedicated 300W RMS Class A/B amplifier provides the power and dynamic headroom required for energetic music and film soundtracks. Working with REL's analogue crossover and filtering circuitry, it supports smooth integration with both standmount and floorstanding loudspeakers.

Separate crossover and gain controls allow the subwoofer to be tailored to the listening room, keeping the emphasis on bass definition, tonal balance and natural timing.

HIGH-LEVEL & HOME CINEMA CONNECTIVITY

The Neutrik Speakon High-Level input enables integration with compatible stereo amplifiers through their speaker outputs, using the supplied 10m cable. A dedicated RCA low-level input provides an alternative connection for compatible preamplifiers, while the RCA LFE input supports AV receivers and home cinema processors.

High-Level and LFE connections can be used together in appropriately configured systems, allowing the T/9x to support both two-channel music and home cinema without changing connections.

PREMIUM DESIGN & OPTIONAL WIRELESS

The T/9x features a carefully proportioned enclosure with softly rounded corners and a premium lacquer finish. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for high-performance systems where visual integration is important.

Available in Piano Black, Gloss White and Grey finishes, it also supports the optional REL Arrow wireless system for installations where a wired signal connection is impractical.

STEREO PAIRS & SYSTEM EXPANSION

Two matching T/9x subwoofers can be configured as a stereo pair to provide dedicated left and right low-frequency support. This approach can improve bass distribution and integration across the listening area, while offering greater output headroom for demanding recordings and film soundtracks.
