Eversolo DMP-A6 Gen 1 Network Streamer & DAC

EVERSOLO DMP-A6 GEN 1 NETWORK STREAMER & DAC

The Eversolo DMP-A6 Gen 1 is the original award-winning all-in-one network streamer, digital-to-analogue converter and digital transport. Combining a 6-inch colour touchscreen, dual ESS ES9038Q2M DACs, balanced analogue outputs and extensive music streaming functionality, it delivers a complete digital music experience in an elegant aluminium chassis.

LAST UNIT AVAILABLE: This is our final remaining unit of the original first-generation DMP-A6, offered at a special price while stocks last.

DUAL ES9038Q2M DAC ARCHITECTURE

The original DMP-A6 employs two ESS ES9038Q2M DAC chips, with independent conversion for the left and right channels. Its fully balanced analogue signal path provides stereo XLR and RCA outputs for connection to integrated amplifiers, preamplifiers and active loudspeakers.

The manufacturer specifies a signal-to-noise ratio exceeding 128dB through XLR, with carefully selected analogue components and dual precision clock oscillators supporting high-resolution playback.

ROON READY NETWORK STREAMING

The DMP-A6 provides access to music through its dedicated streaming interface, supporting services including TIDAL, Qobuz and other compatible music applications. Roon Ready operation, TIDAL Connect, DLNA and network library access offer flexible playback options for different listening habits.

Gigabit Ethernet and dual-band Wi-Fi provide network connectivity, while the Eversolo Control app allows convenient music browsing, library management and playback control from compatible smartphones and tablets.

6-INCH TOUCHSCREEN & EOS AUDIO ENGINE

A 6-inch colour touchscreen provides direct access to the music library, playback queue, streaming applications, input selection and system settings. Customisable VU meters and detailed playback information create a modern, intuitive listening experience.

Eversolo's proprietary EOS audio engine supports original-sampling-rate playback, bypassing Android's standard sample-rate conversion restrictions for compatible applications.

LOCAL MUSIC LIBRARY & INTERNAL SSD EXPANSION

An accessible M.2 NVMe SSD slot supports compatible 2280 solid-state drives up to 4TB, allowing the DMP-A6 to store and manage an extensive local music collection without external storage equipment.

Music can also be played from USB storage devices and compatible NAS systems using SMB, NFS and UPnP networking. Automatic metadata retrieval, album artwork and library categorisation help organise large collections.

HIGH-RESOLUTION DIGITAL TRANSPORT

The DMP-A6 can operate as a standalone digital transport feeding an external DAC. Its USB audio output supports PCM up to 32-bit/768kHz and native DSD512 with compatible devices. Coaxial and optical outputs provide additional digital connections.

A dedicated HDMI audio output supports multichannel audio, including native DSD64 and PCM up to 192kHz. This is an audio-only output, not an HDMI ARC input or video connection.

FLEXIBLE DIGITAL INPUTS & PREAMPLIFIER OPERATION

USB-C, optical and coaxial digital inputs allow the DMP-A6 to function as a standalone DAC for computers, CD transports and other digital sources. Bluetooth 5.0 reception adds convenient wireless playback with support for LDAC and aptX HD.

Balanced XLR and stereo RCA analogue outputs can be used with compatible amplifiers and active loudspeakers. Adjustable output volume enables preamplifier-style operation where appropriate.

ORIGINAL FIRST GENERATION - FINAL UNIT

This product is the original DMP-A6 Gen 1, not the later Gen 2 version. It retains the established dual-ESS conversion platform, extensive streaming functionality, touchscreen interface and digital transport features that helped establish Eversolo's reputation.

Only one unit remains in our stock. This is an opportunity to purchase the original DMP-A6 at a reduced price, with full Audiophoria warranty coverage.
