GUSTARD S26 NETWORK STREAMER
The Gustard S26 is a high-performance music server and network streamer designed as a dedicated digital source for external DACs. Built around Gustard's CelWare Audio OS and a custom x86 platform, it combines local music storage, network playback, Roon Server functionality and multiple digital outputs in a fanless full-width chassis.
RYZEN 5 MUSIC SERVER PLATFORM
The S26 uses an AMD Ryzen 5 5600U processor with six cores and twelve threads, supported by 8GB of DDR4 memory. A built-in 1TB NVMe SSD provides local music storage, while a second M.2 PCIe 3.0 ×4 slot supports an additional NVMe SSD of up to 4TB. Passive heat-pipe cooling avoids the mechanical noise associated with conventional cooling fans.
ROON SERVER & NETWORK PLAYBACK
The S26 can operate as a Roon Server as well as a Roon Bridge endpoint. It also supports UPnP/DLNA rendering, AirPlay, Spotify and local playback through CelPlayer. Music stored internally or on connected USB storage can therefore be managed and played without requiring a separate computer in the listening room.
HIGH-RESOLUTION DIGITAL OUTPUTS
Digital output options include USB Audio, configurable HDMI-format I²S, Gustard I²S-G, AES/EBU, coaxial S/PDIF and optical Toslink. I²S supports PCM up to 32-bit / 768kHz and Native DSD512, while the standard S/PDIF outputs provide compatibility with a wide range of external DACs.
PRECISION CLOCKING & LINEAR POWER
A dedicated internal clock architecture manages the S26's digital output timing, while a 50Ω BNC input allows connection of an external 10MHz master clock. The power supply is built around a 120VA linear transformer with separate regulated supply sections for the internal hardware and digital interfaces.
